brand new bathroom new carpets
the bathroom was brand new, i found it good. new carpets were present too.
the lady at check-in didn't speak english very well, so understanding was difficult. i had no info on checkout.

The staff was attentive! The rooms were modern and there was a lovely bathroom. Check in was fast and reception was very helpful.
The lady who checked me in was not helpful. She could not speak english very well so there was NO understanding. The shower was also not able to go hot, or even warm!

clean room free parking excellent assistance
The room was super clean and had everything I needed. Free parking was available, I was grateful for that. The staff was lovely. They provided excellent assistance! I really appreciated the quiet atmosphere of my room.
The manager could not tell me upon my arrival if I could open the windows or not. She didn't know.

My room was nice, clean, and quiet. The bed was really comfortable! I was able to rest well. The good heating kept the room at a comfortable temperature throughout my stay.

amazing stay! totally recommend!
clean room coffee refills daily towels limited parking
the room was super clean, a real pleasure to come back to after a day out! tea and coffee got refilled daily which is a lovely touch. we also had clean towels every day. parking was limited but i managed to get a spot!
the high street near the hotel seemed a little rough.

the staff was always ready to help and they are so friendly. asking for extra tea, coffee, or towels was never a problem. it was like a family run hotel instead of a bigger chain.
